3 things that i am grateful for today

  • parenting – i am grateful for the ability to take a step back and disconnect from the outside world when we are feeling overstimulated and not up for taking on anymore more experiences, sensations, noise or activities.
  • work – i am grateful for the flexibility in my work commitments at present, to be able to live in the moment and not live by outside pressures or schedules.
  • me – i am grateful for the experiences that have assisted me in learning to recognise the signs when we need downtime, not only individually, but also as a family unit.
